Taylor T5z Classic Rosewood

It’s always a good time to revisit our shapeshifting series of T5z hybrid hollowbody guitars. This T5z Classic model features a beautiful rosewood top paired with its sapele body for a natural, organic visual character that will appeal to traditionalists and experimenters alike. With its fast-playing neck and wide-ranging tonal capabilities, the T5z Classic offers players a bridge between the acoustic and electric worlds.

Lead players will appreciate the slender neck (1-11/16” nut width) and jumbo frets, while the three-pickup configuration controlled by five-way switching makes moving between warm acoustic tones and searing electric sounds a breeze. The T5z is as unmistakable in look as it is in sound, with stylized F-holes on the top, Small Diamond inlays in Italian acrylic and faux pearl, and a transparent black finish treated with a subtle edgeburst over the rosewood top. Every T5z model includes a deluxe Taylor hardshell guitar case.
