Zildjians K Custom-cymbaler lages etter samme grunnprinsipp som den opprinnelige K-serien men metoden er utviklet for å forsterke cymbalenes "tørre" karakter. Resultatet har blitt et sound som ytterligere øker cymbalenes bruksområde. K Custom Dark-serien har tørre "trashete" overtoner og kort etterklang.

Featuring a variety of unique attributes, the 21" K Custom Organic Ride emits a dry, but articulate and open tone color. Designed in conjunction with Zildjian Artist Pat Petrillo, this cymbal features a wire-brushed finish top for clean stick articulation, a crystal clear bell that cuts through the mix and an unlathed buffed bottom for crashability without washing out. Medium-thin in weight, it's heavy enough for playability as a ride cymbal, and light enough to open up - creating a lush crash sound.

Important information about this cymbal: This cymbal is hand-crafted using processes that give it a unique and deliberately varied finish. Variations in color, hammer marks, pitting, and other visual marks are expected and are inherent of these special processes to achieve this cymbal's look and unique sound. Such variations should not be considered a defect in workmanship. We do not recommend cleaning any of our natural finish cymbals with cymbal cleaning products as they should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
