This is an improved pre-amp / overdrive pedal based on the classic TS style circuit. It provides 30dB boost with smoothness and certain compression feeling. Meanwhile it can reduce the crunch channel of the speaker to promote the high gain tone, but the harmonics does not have excessive attenuation.

The Tone City Kaffir Lime is an overdrive/boost pedal based on that popular and familiar green stompbox, however with a few twists. Its mid-boosted character works amazingly well when running into an already driven amp, adding extra saturation and sustain.
It's equally as brilliant with a clean amp, delivering a bluesy crunch that works perfectly for solos and chords (think Stevie Ray Vaughan).
